Correction to sitemap generation where in some cases disabled webapp content might list when a custom filter was used to define the structure.

Change

Admin: Sitemaps: Sitemaps's with custom arg filters for webapp_generic function now generate correctly when merging with the default graphql filter. This was causing in some cases disabled or out of publish time content to list in the sitemap for that webapp.
