Google Tag Manager v1.0 Plugin Implementation. Bug fixes and speed improvements.

Frontend: General: Google tag manager plugin.
API: Forms: Session data on form payments are now passed to the success page.
API: Ecomm: Session data on payments are now passed to the success page.
