Forms now expose placeholders for text and textarea, and the WYSIWYG editor has the ability to edit image attributes.

New

Admin: Webapps: Summernote rich text editor has ability to edit image all attributes incluing alt, title, class, etc, long with wrapping the image in an HREF.
Admin: Forms: Placeholders for forms are now exposed by default when resaving all forms. Placeholders will work for text and textareas.
